Public check — Review your live URL (or brief) for one concrete issue or goal. No login required for initial fit; no credentials on this form.
Fixed scope — Written document: pages, fixes, exclusions, price, timeline, ownership. You approve before work starts.
50% deposit — Invoice or agreed payment link. Balance on acceptance unless otherwise written.
Private preview — Staging URL or preview branch. Not indexed until you approve launch.
QA — Forms, links, mobile checks, analytics test event, performance/accessibility snapshot as scoped.
Launch — DNS/deploy cutover with rollback plan documented.
Optional care — Hosting & Care or Search Foundation on separate monthly scope.

Evidence handed over

Rescue	Before/after notes, tested URL list, fix summary
Lead site	Form test proof, analytics map, SEO checklist, source access
Search	Monthly report: coverage, errors, actions taken (no ranking promises)
Paid search	Account structure doc, conversion events verified, change log

Present a concept demo as your commissioned design without written agreement
Request platform passwords on the public request form
Start substantive work before signed/written scope and deposit (where applicable)
